All staff complete enhanced DBS checks and possess, at minimum, the Care Certificate. Many hold NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care; complex-care teams include registered nurses.
Domiciliary care refers to any support delivered in your own home, while assisted care usually focuses on help with personal tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility.
Yes. Our complex-care nurses are trained in procedures such as ventilation, tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, and catheter care.
Your care plan is reviewed regularly. If your circumstances alter, we can increase, reduce, or adapt visits—often within 24 hours.
We provide waking night support, sleep-in services, and full live-in care for clients who require round-the-clock assistance or reassurance.
