01. The Challenge & Solution
With late-stage multiple sclerosis, Ms Fenwick endured neuropathic pain, spasms and swallowing difficulty. She requested home care instead of hospice admission. Bondage Valley provided a Comprehensive Palliative-Care plan: live-in nurse, baclofen pump management, SALT (speech and language therapy) and art-therapy sessions.

02. Working Process
Neurospecialist consultation to fine-tune intrathecal baclofen.
SALT weekly to maintain safe swallow; introduction of purée fortification.
Art-therapy twice weekly using adaptive brushes and tabletop easel.
Night-time spasm log triggered pump dose micro-adjustments.
03. Perfect Result
Pain scores reduced from 8/10 to 3/10 average.
No aspiration events; weight stabilised at 60 kg.
Ms Fenwick completed ten acrylic paintings, later exhibited locally.
